SHIPPING & RETURNS
We offer a 21- day return policy; the 21 days start from the day of shipment. We will only accept returned merchandise that has not been opened or any security seals are broken.
Please ensure to use sturdy packaging when returning any item and include your original packing slip. Please do not send us returns without first getting an email authorisation from Nielsen Aesthetics, please enclose a copy of the email in your return, we can not accept returns we know nothing about. When returning an item please use recorded delivery, we can not process refunds or replacements for items we never receive.
If you wish to return anything we must receive it within 7 days of our return authorisation being issued. Upon satisfactory receipt, we will refund your credit or debit card the relevant amount less shipping.
If you are returning an item that is either damaged or faulty and we have agreed to its return we will pay for the return postage provided you have only used the lowest cost method of postage available.
If you are returning a product that is outside of the 21 day period from the shipment date, store credit will be issued.
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged product(s), please notify us in writing or via email within 7 days to email@example.com
